We sent the plan we found on Internet to the designer. We had thought the measurements were OK but I guess their measurements don't include attached garages.He drew a site plan up and it doesn't fit the lot!!!
We had found another plan for the middle lot so we will now go ahead and build two houses the same. THAT plan is now on it's way to the designer. This plan was originally cheaper to build so that is a good thing.
On the demolishing side of things that is going better. We have found new homes for most of the appliances and Hubby has just about finished separating the garage from the existing house. Someone comes tomorrow to get the wood-stove then Monday the Hazmat removal starts and the demolition can begin.
