I spent the other day moving all the foundation form wood from the front yard to the back yard! Took my time and didn't do anything silly. About 20 minutes after I had moved it all the excavator arrived to dig right where that wood had been! My hubby had taken time off work to move it but he would have been too late and some of the wood might have been trashed by the excavator. We are keeping the wood to use on the next foundation.As you can see below the garage was filled in along with all the back-filling, Hubby's truck is parked in the garage.
Since then the cement seal-coat has been poured in the crawl space.The first package will arrive on Friday, we think, and the builder is coming on Monday.
Hope for no snow as the packages come from Mill Bay so have to maneuver over the Malahat.
